Size Matters Now Inc (“SMN”) operates a telehealth-enabled platform connecting patients with independently licensed medical providers for weight management services.

 

SMN does not practice medicine. A provider-patient relationship is established with a licensed provider prior to any prescription being issued.

 

You must be 18 years or older, physically located in a state where services are available, and provide accurate medical information.

 

Medications are prescribed only when medically appropriate following provider evaluation. Not all patients qualify. Prescriptions are fulfilled by state-licensed pharmacies. SMN does not dispense medications directly.

 

FDA-approved branded medications may be prescribed and dispensed by third-party pharmacies.

 

Compounded medications are prepared by licensed 503A pharmacies and are not FDA-approved.

 

Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

 

Refunds are available only if a patient is deemed medically ineligible prior to prescription issuance or medication dispensing. Once medication has been prescribed or dispensed, services are non-refundable.

 

Statements regarding weight loss represent potential outcomes associated with GLP-1 therapies. Individual results vary. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
